Welcome to Medastra International Private Limited ("Medastra", "Company", "We", "Us").

By accessing or using our website (medastrainternational.com) and our medical facilitation services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website or services.

1. Scope of Facilitation Services

Medastra International Private Limited operates as an independent healthcare travel facilitation firm. Our role encompasses administrative, logistical, and patient-care coordination — spanning preliminary specialist consultations, hospital shortlisting, medical visa documentation support, airport welcome services, and local stay management.

Medastra International does NOT function as a hospital, diagnostic centre, or direct healthcare provider. We neither practice medicine nor issue clinical diagnoses. All medical interventions, surgical care, and professional health advice are delivered exclusively by independent treating hospitals and licensed practitioners in India.

2. Medical Records & Information Accuracy

It is the patient's obligation to furnish complete, precise, and truthful medical documentation — including diagnostic reports, imaging studies, and clinical history. Medastra International bears no responsibility for alterations in treatment plans, revised diagnoses, or adjusted cost estimates that arise from incomplete or erroneous records submitted before travel.

3. Preliminary Cost Estimates

Pre-travel cost projections are approximate and derived from initial hospital assessments. Definitive medical charges are established by the treating hospital only after an in-person clinical examination, diagnostic workup, or intraoperative findings.

4. Limitation of Liability

Medastra International, including its directors, officers, and team members, accepts no liability for clinical outcomes, post-operative complications, surgical results, or billing disagreements with hospitals. All medical care is administered under the independent professional judgment of the selected healthcare institution.

5. Visa & Travel Discretion

Although we supply official hospital invitation letters and documentary assistance, the granting of visas falls exclusively within the sovereign authority of the Government of India and its diplomatic missions. Medastra International is unable to guarantee any visa approval or travel authorisation.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

Every piece of original content, brand identity, logo, visual asset, and written copy published on this website is the exclusive intellectual property of Medastra International Private Limited and must not be reproduced, distributed, or repurposed without prior written consent.
